MGA Of BallenIsles Raises Over $100,000 For Prostate Cancer
Research At Scripps Florida
On March 9, more than 230 supporters participated in the
Seventh Annual BallenIsles MGA Prostate Cancer Golf Tournament, which
raised over $100,000 for prostate cancer research at Scripps Florida, a
division of the Scripps Research Institute. This highly successful
event was hosted by the Men’s Golf Association (MGA) of BallenIsles
Country Club, and chaired by John Ostrowski, president of MGA of
BallenIsles Country Club.
“We are proud and honored to once again support Scripps
Florida and its renowned research, aimed at developing better
treatments and, ultimately a cure for this disease that strikes one out
of six American men,” said BallenIsles MGA/Prostate Cancer Committee
