         Enjoying  a  day  at  the  beach,
      dancing the night away and crafting
      with friends are just a few of the
      activities offered by the Town of
      Jupiter for the town’s vibrant 50-
      plus community.
         Starting  in  1989,  the  Town
      of  Jupiter  Parks  and  Recreation
      Department kicked off the 50-plus program, and today, the
      activities provided are more diverse and fun than ever.
         Bonnie Caroline was the first recreation coordinator of the
      program in 1989, and now she is back organizing the 50-plus
      activities run by the town. She strives to provide the Jupiter
      community with a variety of activities to make sure there is
      something for everyone.
         Many of the activities including educational seminars,
      board and card games, social arts and crafts, and more are
      free to residents. Other activities have a minimal fee which
      is used for food and refreshments.
