      for parade watchers to donate a new unwrapped toy to his
      toy chest. The toy will be used in Little Smiles Holiday Toy
      Drive. Little Smiles created this parade idea and decided to
      kick it off in July this year due to COVID-19 concerns. “We
      know this year the need for Little Smiles and our holiday toy
      drive will be bigger than ever,” says Little Smiles Executive
      Director Nicole Grossmayer-Mercado, “We want to bring
