Lighthouse ArtCenter Unveils

watercolor and acrylic paintings. The ArtCenter’s private
collection includes Woodland Waterfall from landscape
artist John Lee Fitch and Son of Apollo from contemporary
artist Mark T. Smith. Multiple pieces are available by one
of Florida’s most famous artists, Purvis Young. Young’s
work depicts the struggles and joys of Miami’s poor black
community and can be found at New York’s Metropolitan
Museum of Art and two Smithsonian museums. One
hundred percent of the proceeds from the ArtCenter’s
private collection will benefit the ArtCenter. All of the art
can be viewed and purchased online at lighthousearts.org.
