      Concerto  by  Penderecki,  soloist,  Barry  Douglas,  1986
      International Tchaikovsky  Prize  Gold  Medal  Outright
      Winner, who also formed a splendid chamber orchestra
      drawing  on  players  from  S.  Ireland  and  N.  Ireland.
      Mussorgsky’s magnificent Pictures at an Exhibition ends
      the program.
      Sunday, April 3 at 8 p.m.
         Artist: Another be-knighted Irishman, Sir James Galway,
      the flute player who puts the Pied Piper of Hamlin to shame
      with his dazzling virtuoso. Program later.
