Weights + Water = Edgewater’s New “Aqua Muscle” Class!

Pointe for a fun new fitness class that combines weights and
water! Edgewater’s new Aqua Muscle class is a great way to
build muscle and strengthen your core in the hottest months
of the year.
“It’s getting very popular,” said Michael Fries, the fitness
director at Edgewater at Boca Pointe. He’s also an American
Fitness Professionals Association Certified Senior Fitness
Specialist who recently became certified as an Aquatic
Fitness Professional.
His new Aqua Muscle class meets twice a week, Tuesdays
and Thursdays, alongside his highly popular weightlifting
classes, held in the community’s beautifully renovated
