at Martin County
High School. LEADERship Martin County Alumni
Foundation for Youth Inc. established their youth scholarship
in 1997 for a graduate of their youth program for $8,000 per
student over a four-year period at college.
In high school Jillian participated in youth, government,
debate and constitutional competition. She fell in love with
public speaking, specifically in law. From that point on she
knew that she wanted to follow in her dad’s footsteps, but still
on her own path as a criminal defense attorney. She plans to
attend Florida State University and then law school. Jillian is
not the only LEADERship alumni in her family as her father,
Shaun Plymale and her grandmother, Sherry Plymale are both
graduates from the LEADERship Martin County Program
that the Stuart/Martin County Chamber established in 1990.
