answered the prayers of 61,192 people in dire need.”
Cross Catholic Outreach relies on Vitafood (to be packed)
to feed thousands of meals to those in need in poverty-stricken
areas such as Haiti, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. Food is one of
the most basic necessities of human life, yet one in seven people
are hungry. Approximately 815 million people are suffering from
chronic undernourishment, and inadequate nutrition is a leading
cause of death in children under five. Without enough healthy
food to eat, people in developing countries cannot work, go to
