      Over 500 Brand-New Bikes Will Be Gifted To Local Kids



      Through The Children’s Foundation Of Palm Beach


      County’s Bikes For Tikes Program




         Over 500 bikes will be provided to local kids from
      The Fuller Center, YMCA of the Palm Beaches, YMCA
      of South Palm Beach County and Roots and  Wings
      Inc. through the Children’s Foundation of Palm Beach
      County’s initiative, Bikes for Tikes. Fuller Center and
      YMCA Pre-K graduates will each receive a bike as their
      graduation gift. Roots and Wings kids will receive a bike
      based on their achievement level.
         The foundation is accepting donations toward these
      bikes starting at $160 for one bike and helmet.
         “In  addition to  the over $1  million  we  provide  to
      more than 30 children’s charities each year, we also
      provide needed items such as bikes, cribs and diapers,”
      said Pamela Weinroth, executive director and COO, for
      Children’s Foundation of Palm Beach County. “The
      foundation’s impact on local kids has been tremendous,
      as we’ve been able to provide essentials for 9,000




                                                         children each day, including after school care, tutoring,
                                                         summer camps, sports and music programs, meals, school
                                                         supplies, college scholarships and more.”
