         • Uber and Lyft services comprise over 5,000 guest entries in March 2022 alone, and are
the class of guest that often has incorrect or incomplete information. These services must have
either the destination resident’s name or accurate address (with unit number, if applicable) in
order to be processed. If they do not have accurate information, they will be asked to turn around Please Help
      and re-enter the line.
Please also note that guards will not call to authorize an Uber or Lyft entry if they are not on
the guest list. This is due to the fact that these guests often have the wrong address. So please Summer is approaching. Now is the time to clean out your closets!! The homeless

      creating a potential hazard.
Remembering to put your guests on the list solves this issue— and we have a multitude of
other ways to receive guest entry notifications besides a call from the gatehouse. GateAccess
can notify you via text message, e-mail, or push notification. You can call the BPCA office for
instructions on how to set this up.
         • Fast Pass is a time saver that your permanent guests should be using. Guests can obtain
a fast pass from any gatehouse when they enter. While guards are instructed to print passes for
each guest, many guests refuse the pass— encouraging your guests to accept and use Fast Pass
at the gatehouse will not only save time at the gate, but also aid in the accuracy of our guards. Our Next Community Shred Event Will Take
