season at Club Colette.

Prestigious Worth Avenue designer Cecy Martinez was among
those carrying the exclusive handmade handbag she created to
benefit the symphony which features the iconic first violin part
of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 and is accented
with a medallion of the Palm Beach Symphony logo.

“Thank you for joining us tonight and for supporting the
most ambitious and exciting season in our history,” said Palm
Beach Symphony CEO David McClymont as he welcomed
the guests. “The Dale A. McNulty Children’s Concert Series
will now be available for broadcast to families nationwide, our
instrument donation program to students and music programs in
need grew by 72 percent last season, and we will be presenting Stephanie Lefes, James Patricia Lambrecht, Daniel

Palm Beach Symphony Music Director Gerard Schwarz
gave an exciting preview of the season, which will feature six
Masterworks concerts at the Kravis Center for the first time
with many of the greatest artists performing today including
violinists Sarah Chang and Joshua Bell, pianists Garrick
Ohlsson, Misha Dichter and Maria João Pires, and mezzo-
soprano Susan Graham.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank you
for your support that is making this historic season of world-
class concerts and vital community impact possible,” said
acting Board Chair James R. Borynack. “Cressman Bronson,
regional president of Southeast Florida for PNC Bank, is here
and we thank PNC Bank for underwriting tonight’s event.”
Immediately following the season kickoff reception, James
R. Borynack and Adolfo Zaralegui hosted a private dinner Kipper O’Brien and John Arlette Gordon and Vera David Kamm, Mary Lou
