         To meet the high demand for inspections and to save the
       public time and reduce the inconvenience of scheduling and
       waiting for an inspection, the division has launched a new
       program offering video inspections. This program specifically
       applies to limited residential permit descriptions as part of
       single-family home renovation projects requiring a permit
       and includes:

       *Garage door replacement
       *HVAC equipment change out
       *Plumbing/water heater change out
       *A/C electric hardware
       *Shutters
       *Siding
       *Stucco on lath
       *Tube-type skylight
       *Solar photovoltaic system
       *Water heater electric hardware
       *Window and door replacement
         A licensed inspector performs the inspection with the
       contractor or their designee on the jobsite using a free, secure
       Video Inspection Pro smartphone app available for Android
       and iPhones. There is no additional cost for the recorded
       inspections, no pre-scheduling requirement, and the results
       are available in the online ePZB portal.
