Helping People Succeed Holds
Its Annual Meeting
By Jackie Holfelder
Some nonprofits hold annual meetings that are strictly
businesslike: review the past year, discuss goals for the
future, swear in new board members and disperse.
At Helping People Succeed (HPS), they do things a
little differently. The usual components are there, but
the abundance of admiration, gratitude and respect that
infuses every aspect of the meeting sets a wonderful tone.
Recently, Helping People Succeed held the important New HPS board member New HPS board member
