Rooney’s Golf Foundation’s (RGF) Second Annual Bowling
Bash will be held at Bowlero Jupiter (350 Maplewood Drive,
Jupiter) on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 12 p.m. All ages are welcome and
no experience is necessary! The day’s events will include bowling,
lunch, awards for top team and best player, plus incredible raffles.
Proceeds from the Bowling Bash will benefit the Autism Project
of Palm Beach County, Greyed A Greyhounds, PBC Police
Athletic League and Potentia Academy.
Alexis Barbish-Sommer, RGF executive director said,
“What better way to spend a hot September afternoon in air
conditioning with your family and friends helping raise money
for four amazing local charities. We are excited to be back at
Bowlero in Jupiter! This being our second year for the Rooney’s
Bowling Bash, we hope to break last year’s number of over 130
participants. It is a family-friendly and affordable afternoon with
bowling, food, giveaways and prizes and a bonus in helping local
charities. We hope to see you there!”
The day begins with a 11:30 a.m. registration and practice
round. Bowling tournament begins at noon sharp. The lunch
buffet and nonalcoholic beverages will be conveniently located
near the RGF designated lanes throughout the tournament which
will conclude at 3 p.m. Special trophies and raffle prizes will be
awarded at the end of the event.
