takes security very
seriously. As part
of its multifaceted
effort to improve
security at the shul,
they welcomed
Palm Beach Gardens
SWAT Team Trainer
Glenn Wright together with Police Major Bob Wilson as
they spoke to the crowd about protocols and precautions
relating to an active shooter scenario. The security
professionals praised the leadership at the shul for being so Beth Am Builds Sukkah
well prepared and working so diligently to improve security.
Steve Roseman, chair of Chabad’s Security Committee, Last month, congregants from Temple Beth Am enjoyed
welcomed the guest speakers and spoke about the many dinner and refreshments as they built and decorated the
ways that members of the shul can help on the security temple’s sukkah. Temple Beth Am, HaMakom (TBA’s
committee. Religious School), its youth groups, and The One School at
Temple Beth Am utilized the new sukkah for special services,
including a Sukkot Social & Kabbalat Shabbat, shaking the
lulav and etrog, projects, events, lessons, and fun.
