About Furry Friends Adoption, Clinic & Ranch
Furry Friends Adoption, Clinic
& Ranch (The Humane Society
of Greater Jupiter/Tequesta), is
a 501(c)(3) not for profit, no-kill
rescue organization headquartered
in Jupiter, Fla. They are the only
shelter open to the public in
Northern Palm Beach County and
have been rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing homeless
animals for more than 30 years. In 2018, Furry Friends
rescued more than 1,347 dogs and cats and treated more
than 22,650 animals in their clinic. The organization
expands beyond Jupiter’s borders with a 27-acre ranch
located in Palm City. Furry Friends will be moving in to
their brand new state-of-the-art adoption center and clinic
in mid-November 2019 in Jupiter Commerce Park, located
at 100 Capital Street. The 15,000-square-foot facility will
feature medical and surgical facility, a cat cafe, enlarged
living quarters and play areas for animal residents, two-
story cat tree, and a community room available for birthday
parties, cat and dog yoga, learning seminars, and children’s
