                                                                                                            created to express how a person desires his/her property to

                                                                                                            retirement plan, payable on death accounts, etc.).
                                                                                                              A prenuptial agreement is not enforceable if: 1) one
                                                                                                            party did not execute it voluntarily; 2) it was the product
                                                                                                            of fraud, duress, coercion, or overreaching; or 3) one
                                                                                                            party was not provided a fair and reasonable disclosure
                                                                                                            of the property or financial obligations of the other party.
                                                                                                              Real estate homestead laws restrict the manner in
                                                                                                            which you can transfer your homestead property. For
                                                                                                            instance, if you are married and have minor children, a
                                                                                                            deed which transfers your interest to someone other than
                                                                                                            the spouse/minor children is invalid.
