        serious injuries, deaths, and violence that affected his mental
        health. Having gone through severe mental trauma, he was
        fortunate to participate at a retreat organized by Renewal
        Coalition. During that retreat, he was introduced to the idea
        of receiving a service dog to help with his post-traumatic
