Two very exciting events have happened over the past
several weeks. The first is the city’s acceptance of the Boca
County Club (BCC) golf course from the Boca Raton Resort
and Club. The Resort’s new owners, MSD Partners and
Northview Hotel Group, determined that they wanted to
focus their efforts on the properties on Camino Real and the
Beach club, so they decided to donate the BCC golf course
to the city of Boca Raton.
We officially accepted the donation at the October 14th
city council meeting. This course will become the city’s
new municipal golf course. The city will take possession of
