      Executive Chef Jay Prisco: Korean Short Rib Bowl



         This is one of the most complex
      recipes that has ever been presented
      in the pages of Boca Club News, and
      may present a challenge to all but the
      most confident home dinner planners.
      But the clear, step-by-step instructions
      provided here by Chef Prisco—and the
      rave  compliments  you  receive  from
      family and guests when you serve this version of an authentic
      Asian classic made with Shaved Soy Marinated Short Rib,
      Spinach, Kimchee Vegetables, Shaved Onions, Marinated
      Broccoli, Shiitake Mushrooms, Brown Rice and Gochujang
      Sauce—will be well worth the time and effort you spend
      shopping for the ingredients and preparation in your kitchen.

            Ed Cichielo          Lorant Botha            Directions:                                       Add ½ Tablespoon sesame oil. Place short rib in pan and

      8 ozs. boneless Short Ribs                         For Gochujang Sauce:                              Add the cooked Short Rib in a pile to the center on top.
      Marinade for Short Ribs:                           Purchased Korean red pepper paste. 4 Tablespoons  Place 1-2 Tablespoons of Gochujang Sauce on edge of bowl.
