Signature Recipe from Broken Sound’s
Executive Chef Jay Prisco: Korean Short Rib Bowl
This is one of the most complex
recipes that has ever been presented
in the pages of Boca Club News, and
may present a challenge to all but the
most confident home dinner planners.
But the clear, step-by-step instructions
provided here by Chef Prisco—and the

Asian classic made with Shaved Soy Marinated Short Rib,
Spinach, Kimchee Vegetables, Shaved Onions, Marinated
Broccoli, Shiitake Mushrooms, Brown Rice and Gochujang
Sauce—will be well worth the time and effort you spend
shopping for the ingredients and preparation in your kitchen.

1 cup soy sauce Directions: Once served, let guest stir all the ingredients together in the

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 8-24 hours. The South Florida’s
