Kind Kitchen and the dedicated volunteers who made it all
possible.”
“As our country prepared to celebrate its freedom, Alpert
JFS celebrated the volunteers who delivered gifts of tasty
meals to our clients,” said Alpert JFS Director of Volunteer
Leadership Belinda Lasky. “They looked forward to seeing
the smiles on the faces of clients as they wished them a good
holiday weekend, and were not disappointed!”
“Truly free people study and fulfill the commandments,
starting with ‘Love thy neighbor as thyself,’” said Kind
Kitchen’s Chani Ezagui. “Thanks to the supporters and
volunteers who displayed acts of lovingkindness.”

and Movement Foundation. “It was a true blessing. I realized
instantly that together we would be helping our community
with these amazing classes that support fluidity for the mind,
body, and soul. The instructors embraced our first class with
professionalism, kindness, creativity, and joy. It was a huge
success for the Mind, Music and Movement Foundation
programming.”
Aligning with both foundations’ belief that “Dance is
for Everyone,” Ballet Palm Beach and Mind, Music, and
Movement Foundation’s first class, Dance for Fluidity, was
held on Monday, June 21 for people living with Parkinson’s
and other neurodegenerative diseases. Dance has been proven
through research to improve balance and stability for all
people as well as those living with neurological disorders. The
professional dancers and instructors teaching these classes are
Shannon Murray and Libby Faber from Ballet Palm Beach.
The classes will take place weekly on Mondays at 1 p.m. in
Ballet Palm Beach’s Palm Beach Gardens studios. The first
class is free.
