market is hosted by Stadium

Clifton Truman Daniel, the oldest grandson of former U.S.
President Harry S. Truman. Daniel will give the audience an
idea of the late president’s thinking on Washington, including
past and current presidents and their administrations.
• On Thursday, March 17 at 11 a.m., “Books of the 1950s:
Do They Speak to Us Today?” presented by Margery Marcus,
Ed.D., a retired and award-winning English teacher from
the Broward County Public School District. In this one-time
lecture, Marcus will examine and address the appeal and
popularity of novels including The Catcher in the Rye, A
Stone for Danny Fisher, and Peyton Place.

Student Spotlight: Victoria
Karalutz
FAU High School-Jupiter Campus in partnership with
Max Planck Academy student, Victoria Karalutz, has excelled
in her opportunities to be involved in premier STEM research.
During her time at FAU High School-Jupiter campus,
Karalutz has taken part in environmental education programs
offered at FAU’s Pine Jog Environmental Education Center,
presented a team research proposal to NASA through the
NASA In-Flight Education Opportunity, studied infant brain
development in FAU’s WAVES Emotion Lab where she was
awarded a grant through FAU’s Office of Undergraduate
Research and Inquiry to further her study, made presentations
at the 2021 FAU Undergraduate Research Symposium and
