(JTAA) This year’s parade theme was ... Everyone Is
A Santa.
This was a fun parade where everyone wears a Santa
costume. Floats had various themes with Santa’s populating
them. Lot of colorful garlands, tinsel, candy canes, ornaments,
and striped poles wrapped around a sleigh, Santa’s workshop,
even Christmas trees. This theme was selected to honor Mr.
James Hilliker who we recently lost to COVID-19.
Jim has been our one and only Santa for 25-plus years …
hearts are too heavy to even think of replacing him this year.
