Crashing, But It Might Be Adjusting

and said that he is set to
go. He explained that
his searching online has
shown that home prices
are dropping and the crash
is finally happening.
Oh boy, not again.
He has been predicting
a crash for three years,
which might explain why he is still renting.
However, I can understand why he thinks the crash
might be happening. Mortgage rates are the highest that
they have been in years. Some homes are staying on the
market longer and the asking prices of many homes is
dropping. In some areas, the total sales of homes have
dropped from the same period a year ago.
Yes, the asking prices of some homes has dropped.
However, that is due to the unbridled enthusiasm of some NoN-Toxic cancer immunotherapy
