What started out in 2005 as a small project by the
Harold Grinspoon Foundation in Western Massachusetts
has now grown to enhance the lives of millions of children
worldwide. Books are translated into seven languages and
then delivered to more than 680,000 children each month
across more than 35 countries including in Latin America,
Europe, Russia, and the Pacific Rim.
“We are so grateful to have PJ Library in our
community, knowing that thousands of local children are
learning about Jewish values, traditions, and holidays,
often inspiring the entire family to integrate new Jewish
connections, like holiday recipes and games, in their
homes,” shared Michael Hoffman, President and CEO,
