Three sons. One mission. After losing their mother,
brothers Austin, Tyler, and Ryan Cameron started The Andrea
C. Cameron Foundation to honor her legacy by awarding
scholarships to students and contributing to the community.
The foundation strives to help high school graduates pursue
a technical or college education, as well as serve the local
community as Andrea did. The foundation sees a world in
which students can achieve their full potential, forge positive

went beyond the call of duty to help those in need. One of the
tenets she lived by comes from Galatians 5:13: “Through

everyone she came across, regardless of who they were, where

Registration is under
way for the Jupiter Senior
Softball Association’s 2023
season and new players of
all skill levels are welcome
and encouraged to sign up.
The slow-pitch softball
program is open to persons
55 and over and those who
register will be included
in pickup games and have
the opportunity to develop
their skills in preparation
for the Winter League that
launches in January 2023
and runs through March. JSSA Commissioner Paul

the joy and camaraderie of playing ball with other like-
minded players,” said JSSA Commissioner Paul Storch.
He noted also that the league’s three division format
accommodates players of all abilities, “from recreational
play to very competitive and everything in between.”
Games are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
morning at Maplewood Community Park, 1720 Tony
Penna Drive, beginning at 8:30 a.m. They are expected to
move to Jupiter Community Park after renovations that
are under way there are completed. The senior softball
program is sponsored by the nonprofit Jupiter Senior
Softball Association in cooperation with Jupiter’s Parks
and Recreation Department.
