Christmas Tree Angels
The True Meaning Of
Christmas
Angel trees brighten
Christmas for children.
“We hope to help bring the
true meaning of Christmas
to local children and help
the Salvation Army by putting Angel trees in all of our
offices,” commented Ruth Pietruszewski, Martin County
Tax Collector.
Each Angel tree is filled with the names and wish lists of
local children. The list consists of toys, and sizes for shirts,
pants, and shoes. The donor’s name is kept anonymous.
The Salvation Army Angel Tree is one of the true spirits
of giving and a way to bring Christmas to Martin County
children who are less fortunate.
The majority of the staff at the tax collector’s office
personally donated to fill all the angels that were on the
trees at the four offices. The spirit of Christmas giving and
cheer filled the air in our office!
