‘Around America,’ On View Until March 6

The Downtown Library in Boca Raton presents a photography as a lifelong pursuit. Her current focus is to capture the beauty of a moment in time. I enjoy turning
new photography exhibit, “Around America,” by Jennie fine art photography relating to travel, landscape and a photograph into a work of art as well as playing with
Hodges. A South Florida native, Hodges has enjoyed nature. Notes Hodges, “I have always wanted my photos filters and black-and-white photos to help change the
mood or feel of a picture. I also like using a combination
of black-and-white and colors together to accentuate
important features of a photograph.”
Hodges received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees
from the University of Florida before working as a
teacher. While preparing for graduate school, she lived
and travelled all over Europe, where her love for travel
photography grew as she made her way through Europe
snapping pictures. After starting a family, she honed her
skills by taking pictures of her children and improving
her expertise in Photoshop. More recently, she has turned
her photography hobby into a career and loves to share
her art and talent with others.
“Around America,” is currently on exhibit until March
