seventh grade student
at Meyer Preparatory
Academy. She is a proud
member of the 12’s
Jupiter Elite volleyball
club team. Sammie enjoys
being around her friends,
and loves hanging out
with her older brother
and going to the beach. Sammie has worked hard on her
Hebrew studies and has enjoyed preparing for her Bat
Mitzvah.
Sophie Katz
Sophie Mina Katz will
be called to the Torah as a
Bat Mitzvah on Saturday,
June 3, 2023, at Temple
Beth Am. Sophie is a
seventh grade student at
Independence Middle
School, where she attends
the Medical Academy
and pl ays on the
championship volleyball
team. Sophie is very
proud to be a member
of the Jupiter Elite travel
volleyball program. She also plays beach volleyball and
has competed on the national level with her partner. In
her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and
friends, working out at Arise, makeup, fashion, reading,
and watching TV.
