Robert J. Weissman Honored
At 2020 Kiplinger Luncheon
The Library Foundation of Martin County and Knight
Kiplinger honored Robert J. Weissman as the 2020
recipient of the Kiplinger Literacy Award on Jan. 27 at
Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club in Palm City.
The Literacy Award Luncheon is a highly anticipated
annual event as Knight Kiplinger, editor emeritus of
Kiplinger Publications, serves as keynote speaker and
provides attendees with his well-informed perspectives
on finance and politics.
Kiplinger’s annual keynote speech to the sold-out
audience of 325 offered a unique perspective on the
leaders and policies that shape our future, the nation and

philanthropic engagement, including
as steadfast and longtime supporters
of the Library Foundation of Martin
County,” said Stacy Ranieri, chair
of the Library Foundation Board of
Directors.

funds for many life-changing literacy
programs.
