        Returning to ArtsFest 2021 is last year’s best of
      show artist, Luis Enrique Gutierrez, who will be joined
      by dozens of other artists both in person and online at
      ArtsFest at Home.
        2021 will also bring the debut of Shakespeare to
      ArtsFest. A.C.T. Studio Theatre will present A Midsummer
      Night’s Dream at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20, which you
