“Summer Home” and “Super

Jupiter Island resident Lucy
Bassett Andrews, whose
grandfather founded Bassett
Furniture. On loan from her
son Douglas B. Andrews, the Miss Lucy with dollhouse

“Spend a hot day in our cool gallery with great art and
good friends. This extraordinary exhibition and exciting
MakerSpace is sure to be one of the highlights of your whole
summer,” says Curator Janeen Mason.
Art Classes And Workshops
Classes in glass fusion, painting, ceramics and textiles are
available all summer for adults to create their own customized
art to fill their homes. A variety of times and days are available
to accommodate different schedules. Unique options such
as “Wine Down Wednesdays – Sea Birds,” allow you to
meet up with friends, or make new friends, while learning
to paint seabirds such as pelicans, flamingos, or seagulls on
6”x 6” canvas. Aspiring artists can start their weekend with
“Select Fridays” which offers Friday evening classes in
saggar firing, glass fusion, wheel and raku, enameled jewelry,
chainmail weaving techniques, and wheel. For more details
