                            Lighthouse ArtCenter Makes You Feel At Home This Summer With
                                  ‘Summer Home’ And ‘Super Summer 2.0’ (June 7 To Aug. 7)


        Lighthouse ArtCenter
      (LAC) celebrates homes of
      all sizes this summer with
      two concurrent exhibitions,
      “Summer Home” and “Super
      Summer 2.0.” “Summer
      Home” in the Spencer
      Gallery features the original
      dollhouse collection from
      Jupiter Island resident Lucy
      Bassett Andrews,  whose
      grandfather founded Bassett
      Furniture. On loan from her
      son Douglas B. Andrews, the                                                                          Miss Lucy with dollhouse

        “Spend a hot day in our cool gallery with great art and
      good friends. This extraordinary exhibition and exciting
      MakerSpace is sure to be one of the highlights of your whole
      summer,” says Curator Janeen Mason.
      Art Classes And Workshops
        Classes in glass fusion, painting, ceramics and textiles are
      available all summer for adults to create their own customized
      art to fill their homes. A variety of times and days are available
      to accommodate different schedules. Unique options such
      as “Wine Down Wednesdays – Sea Birds,” allow you to
      meet up with friends, or make new friends, while learning
      to paint seabirds such as pelicans, flamingos, or seagulls on
      6”x 6” canvas. Aspiring artists can start their weekend with
      “Select Fridays” which offers Friday evening classes in
      saggar firing, glass fusion, wheel and raku, enameled jewelry,
      chainmail weaving techniques, and wheel. For more details
