Everyone,” Ballet Palm Beach and Mind, Music, and Movement
Foundation’s first class, Dance for Fluidity, was held on
Monday, June 21 for people living with Parkinson’s and other
neurodegenerative diseases. Dance has been proven through
research to improve balance and stability for all people as well
as those living with neurological disorders. The professional
