Income-Qualified Senior
Citizen Homestead Palm Beach Beauty Salon
Exemption
The Town Council
amended an existing
ordinance to authorize an additional $25,000 homestead
exemption to certain income-qualified senior citizens living 10%
in the Town of Jupiter.
Business Tax Receipts Elimination
The Town Council repealed the section of the Town
Code for the collection of business tax receipts. This will OFF
eliminate the need for town businesses to pay the Town for a
business tax receipt, saving Town businesses approximately
$400,000. Tues.
1115 Cherokee Street (The Brooker House) Historic
Application New clients only
The Town Council approved an application for local
historic designation for the circa 1943 single-family house
located at 1115 Cherokee St., also known as the Brooker Susan
House, and approved a Historic Preservation Grant
application for the site.
Recreational Vehicle Beach Parking Swafford
The Town Council amended the Town Code to prohibit
