      Book Review: “What to Drink with What You Eat”

         Of course, not everyone agrees with the basic concept
      of “pairing.” I have been told that our own Boca Club News

      wines that are to his taste, regardless of what any “pairing”
      experts may suggest in a given situation. But there are enough
      selections in this book’s recommendations that accompany
      each food or wine listing (the most highly recommended
      appearing in bold face type) that even Ed might agree that this
      definitive guide can prove helpful for many people—and I can
      assure you that it is fun to peruse and use!
         Rounding out the text are Pairing Menus from some
      of America’s finest restaurants; a delightful section with

      wines and dishes they would want to have with them if they
