Panhellenic Alumnae Of Palm Beach County

Ends 2021/22 Season With Hope

The Panhellenic Alumnae Chapter of Palm Beach County 2022 began, and it was decided to return to Zoom meetings. in Palm Beach Gardens. At the latter, officers were installed,
just finished its season of roller coaster meetings with the Attendance fell off, and the annual scholarship luncheon to be and fingers were crossed that next fall all would gather in

That’s how it began last fall when they met in person at another Zoom meeting replaced it. Some money was still

scholarships to be given to deserving college women from Historical Seeds

the amount raised in the past at luncheons.
On April 9 and May 7, the alumnae chapter decided to Of The Gardens
return to in-person gatherings. Meetings and lunch were held
at Duffy’s in North Palm Beach and Carmine’s La Trattoria

president; Debbie Nuessly, recording secretary; Mary
Ann Williams, membership secretary; and Julia Pichette, Joyce Garberoglio, Mary Ann Williams, Meg Kravetz, Cheryl

The turquoise sculpture is a twisting line of curved metal
with lower sections suggestive of pools of water. Despite the

arguably the city’s most controversial artwork. While some
residents appreciate it, others call it “the wave,” which is
not a compliment, or worse—“snakes.”
