      It’s Christmas In July!

Little Smiles To Host P.J.’s and warmest Christmas spirit as Little Smiles hopes
to spread tons of Christmas cheer!
Christmas Parade Kicking Off Little Smiles is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization

Annual Toy Drive that helps caring professionals bring joy to children in
tough situations. A wide range of caregivers help children of
all ages who are facing devastating circumstances including
Santa Claus will be bringing his elves and sleigh to terminal illness, abandonment and other trauma.
Jupiter this July, spreading early holiday cheer to children
and helping Little Smiles kick off its annual holiday toy
drive early. During these uncertain times Little Smiles
wanted to bring some joy to local children and teach them
the art of giving back. On the morning of July 25, Santa
is going to fly in from the North Pole to remind kids to be
good for the rest of the year and give kids and families a
fun and socially distant Saturday morning activity.
Santa will be parading down the Heights neighborhood
in Jupiter complete with dozens of elves, live music,
bubbles, free candy canes and a decorated float akin to
the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. All children are
welcome to come out of their homes or line the streets in
their best Christmas P.J.’s and wave to Santa. In return,
Little Smiles is asking for parade watchers to donate a
new unwrapped toy to his toy chest. The toy will be used
in Little Smiles Holiday Toy Drive. Little Smiles created
this parade idea and decided to kick it off in July this year
due to COVID-19 concerns. “We know this year the need
for Little Smiles and our holiday toy drive will be bigger
than ever,” says Little Smiles Executive Director Nicole
Grossmayer-Mercado, “We want to bring some early
Christmas joy, and get a head start on collecting toys to
help us meet the needs of our community while being safe
      and socially distant.”
The parade will start at 10 a.m. in The Heights on
Heights Boulevard and Linton Street. Santa will follow an
official parade route posted on the Little Smiles website:
      https://littlesmilesfl.org/christmas-in-july/. Participants
can also text LITTLESMILES to 44321 and donate
through text to support this worthy cause.
Children who do not live in The Heights and all media
are welcome, however due to social distancing Santa will
not be coming off the float and the “elves” will pick up
the gifts from a designated table. Each child will get a
special candy cane thrown off the float so bring your best
